AGT 10001 DSEA installable diesel generator Suitable for 0-24 hours operation! The premium quality, reliability and economical consumption of the AGT DSEA diesel engine and generator allow the diesel generator to run continuously and permanently, and can also be used as an emergency backup. The machines are designed for outdoor use with a silenced enclosure. The generators can also be equipped with a mains generator transfer switch, which starts the generator in the event of a mains power failure and transfers its power to the consumer. Application: - power supply in case of mains voltage failure - power supply to construction, agricultural and other temporary workplaces - where the construction of the electricity network is expensive (transmission lines, installation of transformers) Areas of use: - industrial applications (factories, production halls, cold stores, etc.) - livestock farms - health care facilities - data centres - telecommunications Engine: The DSEA models are equipped with industrial water-cooled, electrically started diesel engines from the FIRMAN brand, which is very popular for its generators. The engines comply with European environmental emission standards and thanks to their excellent construction, they will run for years without any problems. The oil sensor on the engine stops the engine if the oil level is below the permitted level Alternator: also from FIRMAN, electronic voltage regulation (AVR) brushless synchronous alternator. The design is maintenance-free and is equipped with thermal protection to prevent overloading. Control: The SmartGen 4020N unit is controlled by a built-in digital control panel. The control panel monitors the engine status (oil pressure, engine temperature, fuel level, battery, rpm, overload) and stops the engine if the permissible values are exceeded, protecting it from damage. It displays the main technical parameters (voltage, phase currents, frequency, power, battery voltage, hour meter, fuel level) on a 132x64 LCD screen. In case of overcurrent, it gives an alarm and stops the generator. Overcurrent protection is also provided by a circuit breaker. An automatic test function guarantees system operation by automatically starting the generator set at set intervals to detect possible faults (fuel starvation, oil starvation, electrical fitting faults). The consumer can be connected to the generator via the terminals in the lockable cabinet. Emergency stop button for immediate shutdown. Chassis and enclosure: The enclosure is covered with soundproofing material and is made of sheet steel and protected by a special painting process for outdoor use. A vibration damper is fitted between the frame and the machine unit. It is also ideal for residential installations due to its low noise level. The large capacity fuel tank is located in the chassis. It can be craned with the aid of lifting eyes. ATS automatic starting system (optional): useful when the generator has to be started and connected to the consumer without human intervention in the event of a power failure and then reset after the failure has ceased. Operation: The automatic system monitors the electrical parameters of the mains and charges the machine's battery in standby mode. In the event of a power failure or other fault signal, it automatically starts the generator, connects its power to the consumer and supplies the consumer until the grid is restored. When the mains power is restored, it reconnects the consumer to the mains and puts the generator back on standby.
