The manufacturer of the Electric engine control unit has tested it and says it ok. They think the problem is in the engine. The auxiliary heater is diesel powered. There is a small AC for the passenger compartment (It is small because it falls below the limit for doing periodic AC checks on it). It is not super efficient, but it is there. 4 wheelchair spaces.// Some additional equipment visible on photos, like alcolock, destination signs or extra lights may be removed at the delivery.
